Collins will take a seat for the third consecutive game, but unlike the Week 16 loss to the Bears, the veteran running back technically is sitting Sunday due to his lingering abdominal injury. Rashaad Penny once again should handle lead-back duties for Seattle versus Detroit's vulnerable run defense.
