Burns exited Saturday night's preseason win over the Browns with a foot injury and did not return, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Burns was examined on the sideline with a left foot issue before being carted to the locker room. The veteran cornerback has been operating as the Seahawks' nickel corner this summer and started the preseason finale in that spot. A long-term issue would test Seattle's corner depth.
