Eskridge suffered a concussion during Sunday's 28-16 win over the Colts, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Prior to his departure, Eskridge rushed twice for 22 yards and caught his lone target for six yards. The rookie second-round pick will need to clear the league's concussion protocol in order to play against the Titans next Sunday. With Penny Hart also dealing with a concussion, DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Freddie Swain are the only healthy wideouts on Seattle's active roster.
