Seahawks' Luke Willson: Undergoes knee surgery Tuesday

Willson underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Tuesday.

Christine Micheal rolled up on Willson's legs at the conclusion of a fourth-quarter touchdown run Sunday, and the tight end required assistance to leave the field. On Monday, head coach Pete Carroll noted some details of the injury, namely cartilage damage, "stretched ligaments and MCL." While not exactly specific, Willson appears to be in line for a multi-week absence following the procedure. In his absence, Jimmy Graham will continue to start, but reserve tight ends Brandon Williams and Nick Vannett are candidates for increased usage.
