Some fun numbers for fantastic Packers

Chances are you're going to be open to drafting Aaron Rodgers, Eddie Lacy and Jordy Nelson this summer. I mean, why not? They're awesome, right?

Indeed they are, but these numbers I unearthed in outlooks you'll see on the site later this offseason suggest these Packers are capable of being leaders at their respective positions.

Aaron Rodgers: Has posted 20-plus Fantasy points in 29 of his last 40 games (three seasons), a 72.5 percent consistency rate. And he's posted 25-plus Fantasy points in 25 of those 29 times! And you're telling me I can get him a round later than Peyton Manning?!

Eddie Lacy: Was among Fantasy's most consistent running backs in '13, bringing home 10-plus Fantasy points nearly 80 percent of the time. And it's very likely he'll play about as much in his second season against defenses that can't commit to slowing him down so long as Rodgers is under center.

Jordy Nelson: Without Rodgers last year Nelson averaged 63.0 yards per game with one score. With Rodgers those numbers ballooned to 101.3 yards per game and seven scores. And he's entering a contract year.

It sounds a little nuts to spend three picks in a row on players on the same team, but you could conceivably begin a draft with Lacy, Rodgers and then Nelson.
