The Colts worked out Thomas-Oliver (undisclosed) on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Thomas-Oliver was cut by the Giants with a non-football injury designation in late July, but following his workout with the Colts, it appears he's moved past his undisclosed issue. The Florida International product's most recent in-game action came with the Panthers in 2022, when he appeared in three games and recorded three total tackles on 46 special-teams snaps.
