Buggs (ankle) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session, Dale Lolley of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.
Buggs was unavailable for the last three games due to an ankle injury, but it appears as though he'll be back in action Sunday against Kansas City. The 25-year-old has had a rotational role on Pittsburgh's defensive line this year.
