Steelers' Sam Sloman: New contract with Steelers

The Steelers signed Sloman to a reserve/future contract Tuesday, Teresa Varley of the team's official website reports.

Sloman spent the 2021 season on and off the Steelers' practice squad, but he will now return to the team for the 2022 campaign. The kicker will likely remain an emergency option behind starter Chris Boswell as he enters his third year in the NFL.
