Martin was waived by San Francisco on Tuesday.
Martin first joined the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2022, and he's spent most of the first two season of his career on the practice squad. The 6-foot-3 wideout has appeared in three regular-season games for San Francisco, and, if he clears waivers, he's a candidate to rejoin the team's practice squad.
