Raiders release S Taylor Mays

Safety Taylor Mays was released Saturday by the Raiders, per Field Yates of ESPN.

Mays was a non-factor in the Oakland secondary with Nate Allen and Charles Woodson playing well in their respective positions. He might be able to catch on with another team looking for depth at that position.
