Autry is slated to be suspended six games for violating the NFL's policy against performance-enhancing drugs, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
As a result, Autry, who signed a two-year deal with the Texans this offseason after logging 11.5 sacks with the Titans in 2023, isn't in line to make his regular-season debut with the team until a Week 7 tilt against the Packers. The 34-year-old's looming absence thus represents a hit to Houston's pass rush out of the gate this coming season.
