Texans' Jamal Hill: Won't return due to hamstring issue

Hill (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Titans.

Hill's absence will mostly hurt the Texans' special-teams unit, as he logged just three defensive snaps in nine regular-season games prior to Sunday's contest.
