Lindsay is expected to see added snaps and touches going forward after the Texans traded Mark Ingram to the Saints on Wednesday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Along with Lindsay, David Johnson is expected to fill the void left by Ingram's departure, while Rex Burkhead and possibly even Scottie Phillips could also see slight increases in opportunities in their respective depth roles out of the backfield. Lindsay has been limited to just 97 yards on 38 carries to date, so even if he benefits from more touches, he can't be counted to be efficient with those opportunities. Johnson's status as the team's top pass-catching back also limits Lindsay's fantasy appeal.
