Hooker missed a third consecutive game against the Packers in Week 11, but he's had additional time to recover following the Thursday night win. Although it's worth noting that he was a full participant on last Monday's practice estimation before being ruled out, his full participation Wednesday signals that he'll likely be available Sunday against the Bengals.
