Fasano and the Dolphins have reached an agreement, ESPN's Jeff Darlington reports.
Fasano previously spent five seasons (2008-12) in Miami, where he cemented his reputation as one of the league's better in-line blocking tight ends. He had a career-low eight receptions last season in Tennessee, despite playing in all 16 games for the sixth time in his 11-year career. With recently-acquired Julius Thomas serving as the receiving threat, Fasano's role in Miami will he heavily tilted toward the blocking side.
