Titans' Derrick Henry: Expected to miss 6-to-10 weeks

Henry, who is scheduled to undergo surgery Tuesday on his fractured right foot, is expected to be out 6-to-10 weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, head coach Mike Vrabel declined to put an official timeline on Henry's recovery, though it's safe to say that the star running back is out indefinitely. The estimate put forth by Rapoport indicates that Henry has a chance to return before the end of the season, but for now, Tennessee will need to find a way to fill the void created by the looming absence of one of the NFL's leading MVP candidates. Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard currently are the team's top in-house options, but the franchise is expected to add at least one more back to the roster in short order.
