Decker signed a one-year contract with the Titans on Sunday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Decker -- a Nashville resident -- should feel right at home with the Titans. Let go by the Jets earlier this week, the 30-year-old wideout only played in three games last season due to a combination of hip and shoulder surgeries but is now healthy and presents ascending QB Marcus Mariota with yet another weapon to work with in 2017. He'll be forced to fight for targets with Rishard Matthews, Corey Davis and Delanie Walker, among others, but Decker should still see his fair share of targets and could potentially rise to the top of the totem pole before long.
