Evans (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Evans was unable to practice at all during the week and will miss his fifth consecutive game with the issue. He'll get extra time to recover with the Titans' bye coming in Week 13.
