Saffold (head) is being evaluated for a concussion during Sunday's contest against the Jets, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.
Saffold's suffered a head injury during the second half of Week 4. Aaron Brewer, who briefly took over at center for Ben Jones earlier, will likely replace Saffold for the remainder of the contest.
