Tannehill completed 14-of-22 pass attempts for 197 yards and one touchdown against Jacksonville on Sunday, adding three carries for 21 yards.
Tannehill managed to draw heavy pressure despite the light workload, absorbing three sacks and eight hits from the Jacksonville pass rush, but he was at least efficient with his pass attempts. The Titans were in control for the vast majority of the 37-19 victory, and Tannehill did his part to keep them moving by completing 63.6 percent of his passes at 9.0 yards per attempt. Julio Jones (hamstring) was out and A.J. Brown (three catches for 38 yards on six targets) was mostly ineffective while returning from his own hamstring injury, so Tannehill didn't necessarily have the easiest working conditions. Tennessee will likely need to throw more against the Bills in Week 6, so hopefully the two star wideouts can shake off the rust by then.
