Sharpe only caught one of five targets in Thursday's preseason finale against the Chiefs, Jason Wolf of The Tennessean reports.
Already faced with the prospect of tumbling down the depth chart, Sharpe may even be in danger of losing his spot on the final roster. He was entering Week 1 as a rookie starter at this time last year, but he failed to make the most of that opportunity and then watched the Titans make major upgrades at wideout in the offseason. At best, he'll be fifth in the pecking order behind Rishard Matthews, Eric Decker, Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor. It does at least seem that Sharpe has recovered from the foot injury that held him out of training camp.
