Lewan (back) landed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Lewan already was dealing with a back injury that forced him to miss all practices this week as well as Thursday's win over San Francisco. He's one of three Titans offensive linemen currently in COVID-19 protocols. All three will look to clear them in time for next Sunday's game against Miami.
