Lewan, who was diagnosed with a concussion after exiting the Titans' Week 6 win over the Bills, has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup with the Chiefs, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.

Lewan was evaluated for the head injury after he was on the ground for several moments and eventually carted off the field in Monday's game. After being diagnosed with the concussion, Lewan didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, prompting the Titans to rule him out for the Week 7 game ahead of Friday's practice. Kendall Lamm replaced Lewan at left tackle for the remainder of the game against the Bills and will likely draw the start against the Chiefs.
