The Vikings signed Jackson to their practice squad Wednesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
Jackson caught five passes for 71 yards during preseason action but failed to land a spot on the team's initial 53-man roster. The 24-year-old wideout is still looking to make his NFL debut after going undrafted in 2020.
