Vizcaino was cut by the Patriots on Tuesday.
Vizcaino was brought in by New England this June to provide extra depth at kicker this preseason. However, he was unsurprisingly unable to prove himself over returning starter Nick Folk, who made 78 of his 86 total kicking attempts last season. Vizcaino could ultimately return in a reserve role on the Patriots' practice squad, should he fail to secure a contract with an active roster elsewhere.
