Evans (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against New England, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Evans was a limited participant at practice all week, and he'll be forced to miss a second consecutive game since the Vikings have a short week. Andrew Booth (knee) has also been ruled out, so Duke Shelley should see additional playing time in Minnesota's secondary.
