  • Carr completed 29 of 46 passes for 391 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 16-15 loss to the Broncos. Carr put up a ton of yards on Denver's top-10 rated pass defense, but the Raiders struggled in the red zone early, having to settle for field-goal tries and getting stuffed at the goal line on a second-quarter possession. Carr finally linked up with Hunter Renfrow for a touchdown with seven seconds left, but the Raiders went for the win and the two-point pass was batted at the line by Shelby Harris. There will be a lot of discussion heading into the offseason as to whether Carr is the future at quarterback for the soon-to-be Las Vegas Raiders. If not, he ended on a high note in 2019 with career highs in completion percentage, passing yards and quarterback rating.

  • Carr completed 26 of 30 passes for 291 yards and a touchdown in the team's Week 16 win over the Chargers. He added three yards and a score on the ground. Carr did his damage early, leading the Raiders to a 14-7 lead at halftime. He recorded his only touchdown through the air on the team's first drive, connecting with Hunter Renfrow on a short pass that turned into a 56-yard score. Later, on the team's final drive of the first half, Carr capped an 11 play, 75-yard drive with a three-yard scamper into the end zone. Though much maligned this season, Carr will have the chance to lead the Raiders to an 8-8 finish as they take on the Broncos in Week 17.

  • Carr completed 22 of 36 passes for 267 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Jaguars. The Raiders seemed to have things well in hand when they took a 16-3 lead into halftime, but Carr couldn't get anything going in the second half as the team ultimately lost its final game in Oakland. The passing yards were actually his highest total since Week 11, and Carr could struggle to be even that productive in next Sunday's road game against a Chargers' defense that held him to 218 yards and one TD in their prior meeting this season.

  • Carr completed 25 of 34 pass attempts for 263 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Titans. He also carried twice for 17 yards in the 42-21 loss. Carr had an excellent first half, leading his team on three touchdown drives to keep pace with Tennessee. He did so in unconventional fashion, completing touchdown passes to Rico Gafford and Foster Moreau. While he finished with a shiny 73.5 percent completion rate and avoided turning the ball over, he wasn't nearly as effective in the second half. Carr bounced back nicely after a poor showing against the Chiefs last week, and he'll look to provide a similar effort next Sunday against the Jaguars.

  • Carr completed 15 of 27 passes for 127 yards and an interception in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the Jets. He also rushed once for 11 yards prior to being removed in the third quarter. Carr was pulled late in the third quarter with his team trailing 34-3, as coach Jon Gruden didn't see any point in leaving the starting quarterback in. Carr's interception two drives earlier was returned for a touchdown. This dud stunts the momentum Carr had built up with 285-plus yards in four of the previous five games, along with a 9:2 TD:INT over those five games. There's no time to dwell on this performance, with the Raiders set to travel to Kansas City in Week 13 to face a Chiefs team that holds a one-game lead over Oakland atop the AFC West.
