  • Buccaneers' Keith Tandy: Out against Cardinals
    By RotoWire Staff

Tandy (hip) will not play in Week 6 against the Cardinals, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports. Tandy turned in limited practices all week, but his progress wasn't sufficient to allow him to suit up Sunday. He'll thus miss his second consecutive contest, meaning either T.J. Ward (hip) -- who's questionable in his own right -- or 2017 second-round pick Justin Evans will man the free safety spot opposite Chris Conte.

  • Tandy (hip) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports. Tandy was inactive for the Week 5 loss to the Patriots with the hip injury, which he previously suffered in a Week 4 win against the Giants. He had missed all three practice days leading up to the contest against New England, so Wednesday's participation level was actually a step in the right direction. The next couple of days should shed more light on Tandy's chances of taking the field against the Cardinals in Week 6.

  • Buccaneers' Keith Tandy: Inactive Thursday
    By RotoWire Staff

Tandy (hip) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Patriots, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports. Tandy was doubtful heading into the contest, so his absence shouldn't come as much of a surprise. With T.J. Ward (hip) also out, the Buccaneers will have to rely on some combination of Justin Evans, Josh Robinson and Isaiah Johnson at free safety for the contest.

  • Buccaneers' Keith Tandy: Doubtful to play
    By RotoWire Staff

Tandy (hip) is listed as doubtful for Thursday's game against the Patriots, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Tandy's injury wouldn't have been as much of a reason to worry if backup T.J. Ward (hip) wasn't also listed as doubtful. As a result, the Bucs will likely have to lean on rookie second-round pick Justin Evans to make his first career start at safety.

  • Buccaneers' Keith Tandy: Exits game with hip injury
    By RotoWire Staff

Tandy sustained a hip injury against the Giants on Sunday and is questionable to return, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports. The Buccaneers are potentially thin at free safety with T.J. Ward (hip) inactive for Sunday's game. Josh Robinson or Justin Evans is in for an increased role if Tandy is unable to return.
