Bond (ankle) is listed as inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports. Because of Friday's doubtful designation this isn't much of a surprise, and it won't shake up the Bucs' defensive dynamic since he has just 14 tackles (12 solo) through 14 games.
Bond (ankle) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice. The reserve linebacker suffered a neck stinger against the Falcons in Week 15, but he was free of any injury designation by the start of Week 16. He proceeded to log 22 total snaps against the Panthers on Sunday, so the injury appears to have been one he sustained during that contest. With fellow reserve linebacker Adarius Glanton (lower leg) on injured reserve, Bond's availability has a bit more importance than it normally would as far as the team's depth is concerned. Thursday's injury report should shed further light on what direction he's trending for the regular-season finale against the Saints.
Bond (stinger) doesn't appear on Wednesday's injury report, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Bond exited Monday's loss to the Falcons to be evaluated for a stinger and didn't return to the contest. His absence from the injury report suggests there's no concern over his availability for the Week 16 matchup with the Panthers. The linebacker has recorded 13 tackles in 13 games this season.
Bond (knee) will play in Sunday's tilt against the Vikings, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports. Bond hasn't played since injuring his knee in mid-August but he was absent from the team's injury report this past week. He'll make his season debut as a backup linebacker behind starters Lavonte David, Kendell Beckwith and Adarius Glanton.
Bond (knee) was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports. Bond has been dealing with the injury since mid-August and was a limited participant in practice this week. Expect Adarius Glanton and Cameron Lynch to serve as the backup strong-side linebackers in his absence.
