Armstrong (knee) was absent from Thursday's injury report, per Aaron Reiss of The Athletic. Although the 25-year-old has yet to play this season, he's missed the past two games with the knee issue. It's unclear if Armstrong will suit up for Week 7 against the Packers, but he shouldn't affect much from an IDP perspective.
Armstrong (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans. Armstrong popped up on the injury report Friday after logging just a limited practice session, so the injury appears serious enough to miss game action. With the Southern Mississippi product sidelined, look for a slight uptick in snaps for John Reid and Lonnie Johnson.
Armstrong (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Titans. Armstrong popped up on the injury report Friday after logging a limited practice session. Considering he was still able to practice in some capacity, the third-year cornerback is likely a game-time decision for Sunday, although his status shouldn't affect the defense either way since he's been a healthy scratch through the first five games.
The Texans promoted Armstrong to the active roster Saturday, NFL agent Brett Tessler reports. Since the Texans' top two cornerbacks -- Johnathan Joseph and Bradley Roby -- are both questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders with hamstring injuries, the Texans brought up Armstrong as depth. He'll likely stick in a special-teams role as long as there aren't further injuries.
Armstrong signed a two-year contract with the Texans on Sunday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports. Armstrong was waived Saturday by the Dolphins after they drafted him in the sixth round last year. He recorded eight tackles in 15 games as a rookie.
