  • Swaim secured all three targets for 30 yards in Week 12 against the Colts. Swaim was the Titans' most productive tight end and was on the field for a season-high 64 percent of offensive snaps. He served as a blocker for the majority of his time on the field, however, as the Titans attempted only seven passes in the second half. Swaim has increasingly gained a role in the offense of late, though that has resulted in only four receptions for 39 yards across three contests.

  • Swaim caught his only target for nine yards during Sunday's win over the Ravens. The 27-year-old played 63 percent of the offensive snaps Sunday but was minimally involved in the passing game. Swaim has been seeing more playing time than Anthony Firkser but Firkser is garnering significantly more looks behind No. 1 tight end Jonnu Smith.

  • Swaim recorded two receptions on three targets for 10 yards in Week 6 against the Texans. Swaim saw an increased role with the early exit of Jonnu Smith (ankle). He was on the field for 49 offensive snaps, good for a 65 percent rate of the team's offensive plays. With MyCole Pruitt (COVID-19) currently unable to suit up, Swaim could be the Titans second tight end if Smith's ankle prevents him from returning to action for a Week 7 matchup against the Steelers.

  • Swaim (coach's decision) is not active for the team's Week 1 contest against the Broncos, John Glennon of The Athletic reports. Swaim signed with Tennessee partway through training camp and made the roster as a depth tight end. However, he'll be inactive for the team's opening contest of the season.

  • Swaim signed a contract with the Titans on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports. The 27-year-old was let go by the Jaguars this offseason, and after numerous tryouts around the league, he settled one a contract in Tennessee. Swaim only suited up in six games last season with Jacksonville, chipping in 13 catches for 65 yards, so he'll likely add a nice depth piece to the tight end room should injuries or illness occur during the season.
