  • Packers' Mason Crosby: Best day of the season
    By RotoWire Staff

Crosby made three of four field-goal attempts and two extra points in Sunday's victory over the Bears. Crosby had his most productive game of the season, hitting his first 50-yard field goal of 2017 while also posting double figures in points for the first time all year -- and his day could have been even better if not for a poor hold that led to a miss on his final field-goal attempt. Despite Sunday's effort he is still averaging just six points per game, a rate he will have to improve if he hopes to avoid missing the 100-point mark for the first time in his career.

  • Crosby made one of two field-goal attempts and two extra points in Monday's loss to the Lions. Crosby's missed field goal was a blocked attempt that came as a result of poor timing from snap to kick, but his make was just the opposite, as the Packers' field-goal unit ran on the field with the clock running at the end of the first half and was able to get the kick off as time expired. Crosby finished Monday's contest with five points -- the sixth time he has finished with exactly that number though eight games this year.

  • Crosby made a 46-yard field goal and two extra points in Sunday's 26-17 loss to the Saints. Crosby did miss a field goal Sunday, but it came from 59 yards out in wet conditions, so his chances of converting were minimal to begin with. Crosby has not reached double-digit points in a game through seven weeks, and he will be challenged to do in the near future unless the Packers' offense shows more signs of life under the helm of fill-in quarterback Brett Hundley.

  • Crosby made a 22-yard field goal and two of his four extra-point attempts in Sunday's victory over the Cowboys. Prior to Sunday's game Crosby had missed just three extra points in all since PAT attempts were pushed back in 2015, but he misfired on his first two attempts Sunday before making his final two. Crosby finished Sunday's contest with five points -- the fourth time he has posted that number through five games this season.

  • Crosby made all five of his extra-point attempts in Thursday's 35-14 victory over the Bears. The Packers had a lot of success finding paydirt Thursday, and Crosby was consequently held without a field-goal attempt. He is 12-for-12 on extra points this year but has attempted just four field goals through four games, with only one coming from 40 yards or beyond.
