Gilbert (face) was added to the NHL's COVID-19 protocol list Friday, AJ Haefele of DNVR reports.
Gilbert was already expected to be out until at least late March after undergoing facial surgery. It's unclear if this will push his timetable back at all. The 24-year-old was scoreless in three games prior to his injury.
