Avalanche's Fedor Tyutin: Off to Colorado on one-year deal

Tyutin signed a one-year deal in Colorado worth $2 million Friday, reports Bob McKenzie of TSN.

Tyutin was bought out of his deal in Columbus and now gets a one-year gig in Mile High to try to prove he's more than the dissociated parts he showed in Ohio. He can be a solid, five-six defender for the Avs, but that won't translate into fantasy value for you.
