Lankinen took morning skate in the starter's crease Sunday, indicating he'll face the Red Wings later that evening, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Lankinen hasn't played well, as his 0-1-1 record, 2.91 GAA and .884 save percentage through three appearances suggest. However, veteran Marc-Andre Fleury (0-3-0, 5.63, .840) has been even worse, so Lankinen will start for the second game in a row. He'll face a Red Wings squad coming off a 6-1 shellacking by the Canadiens on Saturday.
