Reichel suffered an undisclosed injury and needed help off the ice Sunday during an AHL contest, Scott Powers of The Athletic reports.
Reichel tumbled and crashed head-first into the boards during Sunday's tilt with AHL Milwaukee. The 19-year-old forward has racked up seven goals and 12 points through 15 games in his first season of North American hockey. The team is still evaluating his injury.
