Mrazek is slated to start in Wednesday's preseason home game against Detroit, according to Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Mrazek had an 18-31-4 record, 3.04 GAA and .907 save percentage in 56 regular-season contests in 2023-24. The Blackhawks might take a step forward this year, but they're still a rebuilding squad, so Mrazek likely has another challenging campaign ahead of him.
