Blue Jackets' Calvin Thurkauf: Returned to minor-league affiliate

Columbus assigned Thurkauf to AHL Cleveland on Thursday.

Thurkauf drew into two games during his brief stay with the big club, going scoreless while averaging just 8:22 of ice time. He'll return to a prominent role with Cleveland, where he's picked up 25 points in 47 games this campaign.
