Merzlikins will be in goal for Saturday's road matchup with Minnesota, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports.
Merzlikins will take both ends of the Jackets' back-to-back despite giving up four goals on 33 shots versus the Jets on Friday. The Latvian netminder is likely to continue seeing the bulk of the starts with Joonas Korpisalo (hip) done for the season, though Jean-Francois Berube should be available to give Merzlikins the occasional game off.
