Rosen was waived by the Blues on Thursday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.
Rosen scored 13 points in 30 games with AHL Toronto last season and hasn't suited up for an NHL game since the 2019-20 campaign. The 27-year-old blueliner could be used as an injury replacement but shouldn't see much time at the NHL level this year.
