Blues' Niko Mikkola: Back with active roster

Mikkola was promoted from the taxi squad Monday, CBS Sports reports.

Mikkola will serve as the extra man Monday and hasn't appeared in a game since Feb. 8. The 24-year-old blueliner hasn't scored a point through nine games this season.
