Anaheim traded Curran and Hampus Lindholm to Boston in exchange for Urho Vaakanainen, John Moore and three draft picks Saturday.
Curran was waived in October and has spent the entire season with AHL San Diego, where he's tallied 16 points in 37 games. The 32-year-old blueliner will likely head to AHL Providence.
