Primeau looked comfortable in Tuesday's loss to the Rangers, stopping 31 of 34 shots. The subtext here is that Jake Allen (concussion) will not be ready, so it's either Primeau or Samuel Montembeault, who has looked shaky at times with a 3.77 GAA and .890 save percentage.
