Guhle (abdomen) took the ice Thursday for a solo skate.
Guhle -- who underwent appendix surgery Sept. 18 -- has been upgraded to day-to-day and could rejoin his teammates on the ice in the coming days. While there are still some hurdles for the blueliner to clear, including taking contact, he seems to be on track for Opening Night against the Maple Leafs on Oct. 9.
