The Canucks promoted Bailey from AHL Utica on Thursday.
Vancouver placed Tyler Motte (upper body) on injured reserve in a corresponding move, so Bailey will round out the team's depth up front for the foreseeable future. The 24-year-old has racked up 24 goals and 40 points in 45 games with Utica this season.
