Upshall agreed to terms on a professional tryout agreement with Vancouver on Friday, Rick Dhaliwal of Sportsnet 650 reports.

Upshall logged 73 outings with the Blues last season in which he recorded 10 goals and eight helpers -- his first 10-goal campaign since 2013-14. Despite the number of contests the winger appeared in, he still averaged a mere 10:59 of ice time -- although 1:46 of that came on the penalty kill. If the veteran does make the team coming out of camp, it will likely be due to his shorthanded contributions.
