Limoges was placed on waivers Saturday for the purpose of reassignment to AHL Hershey, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Limoges will start the year with AHL Hershey, where he tallied 24 goals and 51 points last season. The 27-year-old forward has yet to make his NHL debut.
