Hagelin tallied a short-handed goal and two PIM during Sunday's 5-4 win over the Devils.
The marker was Hagelin's first short-handed goal of the season and brings the Swedish winger to four goals and 10 points in 38 games. The 32-year-old is a useful utility player for the Capitals but does not generate offense consistently enough to merit fantasy consideration outside of deeper leagues.
