Haman-Aktell was sent back to AHL Hershey on Monday.
Haman-Aktell had two goals and 11 points in 55 minor-league contests during the 2023-24 regular season. The 25-year-old defender will get a chance to suit up for the Bears in the AHL playoffs following Washington's first-round loss to the Rangers.
