Ladd entered the NHL's COVID-19 protocols on Saturday.
It's unclear whether Ladd tested positive for the virus. The 35-year-old forward, who has tallied three goals and an assist through 13 games this season, will miss Saturday's game in Nashville and presumably longer until he clears protocols.
